This highly modified HQ Monaro already had the seats done by someone else but the black original carpet was looking a bit boring compared to the rest of the car. So we installed thick underlay to cut out the heat from the motor, diamond stitched leather for the sills and tunnel then hand formed Alupanel inserts for the foot wells with brushed stainless steel rods attached to add some bling to the floor. We also did the same to the centre console lid to tie them all together. The original kick trims didn’t match with the floor looking so good, with the speaker just bolted in over the top, so we flush mounted the speaker and hand punched the grill design into the leather. The parcel tray was hand fitted to flow into the rear seat with painted seat belt covers and child restraints it really looks the part. We also boarded up the boot and stitched it in the same design as the doortrims with a hidden lockable storage area to hold spare mats and cleaning products.
