The classic shape of a 55 F100 is truely timeless and this particular one has been beautifully customised in all the right ways. We used 2 hides of snow leather, 1 half hide of violet Nappa leather for the piping and small details and 1 hide of custom made snake skin leather for the details on the seat, headlining, console and tops of the doortrims. For the headlining hand shaped foam inserts to flatten out the turret but still keeping a nice shape, hand formed cover strips and layed white suede to the headlining with snake skin centre piece to tie the roof in with the rest of the trim. The carpet we used was Tretford in emerald green to match the upper part of the F100’s paint work, this special carpet doesn’t need binding so we were able to get a seamless looking carpet, we also hand made the and covered centre console, gearstick and handbrake in matching leather. The original bench was transformed to look like 2 bucket seats with the snake leather flowing from the borders up to the middle of the seat. We utilised a company with a CNC sewing machine to sew the chevron patterns in the centres to create a very unique look and to tie in the front grill of the car into the interior. The doortrims and kicktrims were made to flow into each other with multiple layers of suede, leather and carpet to tie all of the materials but without looking cluttered. There is a ton of work in getting the interior to come together and look this way but the end result speaks for itself.
