In the 40s and 50s cars were truly works of art and no exception is this 47 Buick. It has some of the best lines of any car of that time. We tried to keep with the times and not do anything over the top for this particular car. Everything was hand made as we got the car as a bare shell. We stated with the convertible top which came from America which had to be altered to fit, then we hand fitted the doortrims and used a design that Buick had in their cars. The carpet was hand fitted to the floor on top of thick underfelt, the boot was also done out of the same carpet. Front seats are aftermarket seats from Rocket that were painstaking covered so not the see the mechanism along with a custom console with a cup holder and flip up armrest.
